When the world give you lemons.
From “Oh! My!” to “How interesting!”
Every day we experience things that do not go according to plan.
Whose plan was it to begin with? Yours right?
If it is all right with you, and it should be, the universe may have different plans.
What ever comes along the good, the bad, or the “Oh! My!”
It is all the way the universe is unfolding this life before you.
Everything is set before you with the intention of helping you reach a greater understanding of your life and your goals.
It’s never a bad thing. If it causes you pain, keeps you from important “other things”, or hinders your progress.
It is still good.
“It’s all good”
Even if you are unaware of it, in retrospect you will see.
Here is an example.
From my own case book.
“The Virus”
Some days ago I was working with my desktop computer, having forgotten to update my anti-virus security.
“It said I had expired yesterday…. Two days ago…. Last week?”
Searching for some great free pictures I got hit with a message that I was “under attack” by a virus.
As it turned out, the program that was telling me I was “under attack” was actually a mal-ware program designed to look like an anti virus program. Complete with its own list of viruses that were “attacking” my computer.
I could not shake it; I could not update my REAL anti-virus program as this mal-ware blocked my internet access.
My computer was close to useless.
Panic! “OK! Yes! I did… for a couple of minutes.
When a monster jumps out of the bushes, you jump, till you see it is a cardboard cut out that one of your friends is standing behind.
So while I wait to get a new virus protection program from the local office store I spent the time doing extra reading, talking to friends on the phone, catching up some work around home, and getting more exercise.
From a situation of concern, to a chance to do things outside the box.
This gave me a chance to find out more things than I could on the computer, got me to do more around home and even got me outside to see what a wonderful day it was.
Everything is for you to learn from, enjoy, or grow by.
You choose how to handle it.
By moving away from the problem you will move from Oh! My! to ‘That’s interesting!”
The choice is yours!
So all in all when you are given lemons, you can suck on it and just end up with a sour face or make some electricity.
