Reasons for living: Life rules and why.

This is the first day of a 14 week course to explain why we need to embrace life on all levels.
Today I will explain the basics of how to live a happier healthier more loving life.
To begin we need to understand what is required:
Our basic needs are, to live, to love, and to laugh.
To live we need to be healthy, and to do that we need to free ourselves from fear and remorse.
In that, I mean, to no longer except that we are held by our anxieties and our regrets.

To love is to; Embrace all that is the good as well as the bad, as it is what we have been given and what we gave ourselves.
When we embrace what is, we give freedom to ourselves to move forward, to accept what is as our now and that we determine shall be.
To laugh is to give ourselves the permission to forgive what has been and to except that we are fallible.
We do not ruminate on the bad, we laugh it off as “look we are human, we can learn from this”.
Our basic drives are to be grateful, have a positive attitude, visualize the world we want, and give voice to those things we wish in our lives.
Placed together we have 12 steps to bring ourselves to the universal understanding of our lives, whole and wondrous.
The next 12 lessons will be on intersecting the 3 basic needs and the 4 basic drives.
After the 12 steps will be an over all explanation of how they all are part of our being and our way to greater life.
